VizVOCUS and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if VizVOCUS believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of VizVOCUS and its subsidiaries.

  1. All trials are shipping overnight with FedEx.
  
  2. Day 1 of the trial starts the same day as FedEx delivery.
  
  3. Shipping and handling fees of $75 are payable by credit card before shipping.
  
  4. The total equipment cost will be processed on the credit card as a pending charge only, up until the equipment is return in its original packaging in good working condition.
  
  5. The customer is responsible for shipping back the equipment after the trial period.
  
  6. VizVOCUS is granting a 3 day grace period for the shipping at the end of the trial.
  
  7. By day 10 after the beginning of the trial, if the equipment hasn’t been returned and delivered to our offices, the client will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the total value. Damaged and missing parts and/or products will be charged their full value.
  
  8. By day 15 after the beginning of the trial, if the equipment hasn’t been returned and delivered to our offices, the client will be charged the full value of the equipment.
  
  9. All trials includes:
  - 1 HD camera system
  - 1 Video Recorder Software for Windows XP, Vista and 7 in English.
  - 1 USB Cable Extension and protective casing
  - 1 Universal Mounting Bracket (to mount onto headlights) or Custom Bracket for Loupes.
  
  10. Customer wanting the HD Camera on their Loupes requires a “Custom Mounting Bracket” design. There is a non-refundable fee of $495.00 and it requires to schedule an appointment with our engineering department for a custom design.
  
  11. One trial by customer. Subject to approval. For US Only.
